Coordination of Construction

Our Administration and field teams are the best in the business. Once its time for construction to begin we will work with you to:

  • Arrange and evaluate construction tenders
  • Submit a Constructor Works Deed
  • Undertake regular compliance inspections
  • Work with the constructor to book connection approvals and supervision/inspections
  • Submit final documentation and test results, including Transfer of Ownership and Work as Constructed information

After all works are completed and the relevant documentation has been processed, you will be issued with the relevant compliance certificate.

In Sydney this is the Section 73 Compliance Certificate. 

In the Hunter Region it is a Section 50 Compliance Certificate.

In the rest of NSW, the relevant local council will issue their compliance certificate.
